PALATE Gritty, floral, mineral and notably persistent, perfect forlong ageing periods.
ALCOHOL 14% vol. according to the vintage.
PAIRING WITH FOOD Aperitifs and starters, pasta, rice and white meat served with light sauce and fish as well.
