Color: Rosé with persistent perlage of great finesse
Perfume: Sweet and of good intensity, with rose and peony floral in the foreground, then we discover apple, pomegranate, peach, strawberry, blood orange, cherry in syrup, nuances of red mulberry and watermelon, sugared almond, cloves and juniper berries
Flavor: Soft in the mouth, balanced and lively freshness with a savory finish that tightens on mineral tones
Elements of wine making technique: The composition of the cuvee, made with grapes selected from dedicated vineyards (cru), is completed with 10% of wine raised in barriques. The color is extracted from the Pinot Noir component with a 12-hour press skin maceration. Also in this case, the wine, after disgorgement and dressing, remains in the cellar for six months before facing the market
