Vinification: Soft stemming-crushing followed by a short maceration on the skins at low temperature in the presence of inert gas, followed by soft pressing and static cleaning of the must.
Refining: In stainless steel cistern.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Appearance: More or less intense cherry red, lively, bright.
Bouquet: Delicately vinous, fruity with hints of small red fruit and petals of red flower.
Taste: Fresh, savory, rounded, harmonious with a delicate bitter hint.
