Crystal clear, with pale yellow color; fruity nose with notes of exotic fruits and crunchy red apple. Hints of floral notes. In the mouth has a fresh acidity with similar notes to the nose.
Perfect as aperitivo, but at the same time very versatile. You can serve it with typical piedmontese antipasti as well as with exotic dishes.
The viticultural history of our family has origins in Canale, from the same hill in which, still today, we grow our RA. The Piedmontese name “dai vej” translates from “the old (people)” and wants to be an homage to our ancestors.
