Straw yellow color. The nose is fresh, recalls tropical fruits, pineapple and banana. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, with a strong fruit fragrance. It pairs well with ham, light soups, fish and white meat. Also great as aperitif. To be served at 8-10°C.
